As pilots we endure a unique lifestyle that really wears us out. Especially if you are a commuter, your already long trips become even longer.

Most real estate syndications will provide you with a monthly yield AND profit upon the sale.
Just to give you an example, let’s say you have $1,000,000 invested in real estate syndications. That should generate around $80,000 (8%) in cash flow per year. Then 3-5 years later the asset will sell and you will receive your principal back of $1,000,000 plus around $600,000 that will be your portion of profit upon the sale. Imagine if you reinvested that profit into more syndications. You can see how this would add up your monthly cash flow quickly. Keep reinvesting until your monthly expenses are covered.
I’m not saying you have to invest $1,000,000 right away. You can actually get started investing in real estate syndications with $50,000 to $100,000.
The returns are the same, so by investing $100,000 you will receive around $8,000 (8%) in cash flow per year. Once the asset sells 3-5 years later you will receive your principal back of $100,000 plus a profit of about $60,000.
THE KEY IS being able to pay for your lifestyle with the cash flow from your investments.
